JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Minister of Home Affairs Tjahjo Kumolo told journalists on Thursday (Dec. 18) that the government will coordinate with the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) related to the ongoing investigation into bank accounts of several local leaders.

Tjaho said KPK has invited him for a meeting tomorrow at KPK’s office in Kuningan, South Jakarta.

As reported earlier, the Anti-Money Laundering Agency PPATK has submitted its report to Attorney General Office (AGO) and KPK.

The PPATK, in said report, found suspicious amount of transactions involving billions of rupiah in bank accounts of 10 local leaders. (haryantosuharman@yosefardi.com)
