GRESIK (Yosefardi) – PT Cargill Indonesia allocates US$1 billion, equivalent Rp12 trillion, for funding its expansion and the establishment of some new factories within 3-4 years ahead, Investor Daily reported.

Cargill had on Wednesday (Dec 10) inaugurated its cocoa processing plant operation in Gresik, East Java.

Meanwhile PT Cargill Foods Indonesia and PT Sorini Agro Asia Tbk (SOBI), both are controlled by Cargill, plan to establish a new venture (PT Cargill Foods Ingredient Indonesia) to engage in vegetable oil and margarine business in Indonesia.
