JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Both Agung Laksono and Aburizal “Ical” Bakrie have submitted their own versions of new Golkar Party’s central executive board (DPP) to the Ministry of Law & Human Rights for seeking legalization.

Ical Bakrie, Golkar Chairman of the Bali Munas, has submitted his version of new line-up of Golkar’s executive board to the Law Ministry on Monday (Dec. 8) morning.

While Agung Laksono, Golkar Chairman of the Jakarta Munas, submitted the new line-up of Golkar’s executive board to the Law Ministry at around 4:00 pm, Jakarta time.

Both parties now should wait to the decision of Minister of Law & Human Rights Yasonna Laoly, who is former PDI-P politician.

Accordance to Article 23 Paragraph 3 of Political Party Law No. 2/2011, Minister Law & Human Rights should legalize new line-up of political party’s central executive board within 7 days after receiving the proposal. (haryantosuharman@yosefardi.com)
