KUALA LUMPUR (Yosefardi) – Bounty Crop Sdn Bhd, wholly owned subsidiary of Bousted Plantations Berhad, disposed 760,064 shares in PT Dendymaker Indahlestari to PT Agro Investama Gemilang for a total consideration of US$38 million.
PT Dendymarker Indahlestari provides oil palm plantations services, based in Musi Rawas, South Sumatera with 17,793 hectares of plantation area. The production area covers more than 9,000 hectares.
