JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – State securities and INVESTMENT firm PT Danareksa will issue bonds worth Rp500 billion, scheduled to offer in December 10-11, 2014.
The bond will be issued in 2 series with tenor of 3 and 5 years and offering coupon of 10.5% and 11%.
As of September 2014, Danareksa’s liability amounted Rp2.36 trillion while assets totaled Rp3.05 trillion. It has cash and cash equivalent of Rp370 billion.
Danareksa booked net profit of Rp37.56 billion in first nine months of 2014 on revenues of Rp417 billion.
