JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Centratama Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (CENT) plans to launch the rights issue program, targets to raise Rp296.98 billion. It intends to issue 1.48 billion new shares, priced at Rp200 per share.

The proceeds will fund its tower expansion. The company runs the tower business through its subsidiary PT Retower Indonesia.

CENT’s current shareholders are Clover Universal Enterprise Ltd (45.36%), UBS AG Singapore Non Treaty Omnibus Account (13.08%), and UOB Kay Hian Pte Ltd (12.1%, and public investors (the rest).

CENT suffered loss of Rp31 billion in first nine months of 2014. It booked revenue of Rp51.9 billion.
