JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Oil and gas contractor PT Radian Utama Interinsco Tbk (RUIS) had divested its unit, PT Radiant Bukit Barisan E&P (RBB), to PT Citra Sarana Energi (CSE) and PT Wisesa Inspirasi Sumatera (WIS), member of PT Graha Sumber Berkah (GSB).
The sale and purchase agreement was signed in November 12, 2014 which was approved by the Upstream Oil and Gas Regulatory Body (SKK Migas).
RUIS booked revenue of Rp1.42 trillion in first nine months of 2014, grew by 7.3% from Rp1.3 trillion in the same period of 2013. Net profit was Rp26 billion, 23.8% higher than Rp21 billion a previous year.
