JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Composite index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) opened flat this morning, inched down 0.05%, at 5046 this morning inline with regional markets.
Nymex’s crude oil rose 0.38% to US$74.49 per barrel in Asian trading while gold inched down 0.07% to US$1,160.70 per ounce.
Bank Indonesia opted to maintain its benchmark BI Rate at 7.5% for consecutive 12 months along with effort to keep inflation and to lower current account deficit.
Adaro Energy fell 1%, Global Mediacom declined 1.44%, and Visi Media slipped 1.3%. While Waskita Karya gained 1%.
