JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Minister of Energy & Mineral Resources (ESDM) Sudirman Said has dismissed the ESDM Ministry’s Director General for Oil & Gas Edy Hermantoro for his poor performance.
Sudirman argued that the dismissal is based on the evaluation report made by the Presidential Working Unit for Supervision and Management of Development (UKP4) under the previous administration of Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono.
“The UKP4 gave red mark (to Edy Hermantoro),” Sudirman said.
Sudirman added he will continue to reorganizing the ESDM Ministry with appointing new Head of the ESDM Ministry’s Upstream Oil and Gas Regulatory
Special Task Force ( SKK Migas).
He has submitted five candidates to the SKK Migas’ Supervisory Committee but reluctant to reveal their names. (haryantos@yosefardi.biz)
