JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Property developer PT Hanson International Tbk (MYRX) booked profit of Rp3.08 billion in first half of 2014, against loss Rp70.55 billion in the same period of 2013.
Net sales however dropped 60% to Rp66.48 billion from previous Rp167.4 billion. Its assets totaled Rp5.33 trillion while liability amounted Rp465.73 billion.
MYRX targets to book marketing sales of Rp800-900 billion this year. The company focuses to develop mid-to-low segment properties, mainly housing and commercial assets.
MYRX mulls to acquire lands in Java island. Currently its land bank reaches 3,000 hectares. MYRX is keen to acquire 1,000 units of houses offered by third party. It will focus market its property units in Serpong Kencana and will launch new project in Maja, Banten by end of this year.
