JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – State toll road operator PT Jasa Marga Tbk (JSMR) targets to book revenue of Rp7.8 trillion in 2015, a 11.4% growth compared to Rp7 trillion estimated for this year.

In the first half of 2014, JSMR booked revenue of Rp4.48 trillion, declined 5.8% from Rp4.76 trillion in the same period of 2013.

Revenue from construction segment dropped 42.2% to Rp1.05 trillion while revenue from toll roads segment increased to Rp3.17 trillion.

The company allocates capital expenditure (capex) of Rp5.4 trillion for this year and Rp5 trillion for next year. Currently JSMR is seeking loan of Rp1.3 trillion, to fund toll road project, section of Medan-Kualanamu-Tebing Tinggi.

JSMR reportedly might acquire Hutama Karya’s 15% shares in Medan-Kualanamu-Tebing Tinggi toll road project. The construction of the 61.8-KM toll road needs Rp6 trillion of investment, where Jasa Marga currently has 55% shares.

In the meantime, toll road regulator board BPJT confirmed government’s plan to raise tariff of 22 turnpikes in the country, mostly operated by Jasa Marga.
