JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Plastic producers PT Berlina Tbk (BRNA) plans to issue medium term Notes (MTN) worth Rp200 billion next month, used to pay debt of Rp100 billion to Bank Mandiri and for working capital.
The Notes will offer 13.5% annual interest rate and matur in 2017.
Berlina (BRNA) also serves Unilever Indonesia Tbk (UNVR)-one of the largest consumer product players in Indonesia.
BRNA booked net profit of Rp41.39 billion in the first half of 2014 on net sales of Rp646.47 billion. In the same period of 2013, the company booked net profit of Rp22.68 billion on net sales of Rp462.66 billion.
As of June 2014, BRNA’s assets reached Rp1.26 trillion while liability amounted Rp918.5 billion.
