JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Bank Permata Tbk (BNLI) plans to add its capital by Rp4 trillion until next year, by gradual, through issuing subordinated bonds (subdebt) and rights issue program.
The bank will issue subdebt worth Rp700 billion to Rp1 trillion and targets to raise Rp2-3 trillion via rights issue.
This capital improvement would boost BNLI’s capital adequacy ratio (CAR) to 16% from current 13.7%. The bank projects its loan to grow by 14-15% this year and 12% next year.
