JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk (EMTK) puts its unit PT Pertamedika Sentul as collateral for loan to Bank Central Asia (BCA) Tbk (BBCA) valuing of Rp221 billion.
EMTK bagged loan of Rp175.9 billion from BCA in September 11, 2012, to mature in 2021.
EMTK indirectly holds 65% shares of Pertamedika Sentul engaging in hospital, clinics, and pharmacy outlets business.
Last year EMTK entered into hospital business by acquiring Usada Insani hospital for Rp100 billion cost, now managed by PT Emtek Medika Corpora.
