JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – State-owned investment company PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) plans to issue bonds worth Rp2 trillion in December this year, used to fund the micro-mid-small business sector.

The company will issue bonds Rp500 billion this year and Rp1.5 trillion next year. Acting as underwriters are PT Indo Premier and PT Bahana.

PNM also mulls to launch the initial public offering (IPO). PNM booked net profit of Rp7.1 billion in 2013 while assets reached Rp207 billion. It targets to disburse financing of Rp100 billion for this year.
