JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Shares of property developer PT Sentul City Tbk (BKSL) lost further by 6.9% to Rp93 per share at 2.37 pm Jakarta time, after the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) named its CEO a bribery suspect.
Over 185 million shares were exchanged hands. The stock has collapsed from Rp220 in November 2012 to as low as Rp83 in June 2014, but then rallied closer to Rp140 in late July.
BKSL only booked net profit of Rp10 billion in the first half of 2014, dropped by 98% from Rp892 billion in the corresponding period of 2013. Revenues also declined 26.4% to Rp395 from previous Rp536 billion.
