JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Composite index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) was traded flat at this morning opening while Asian shares cautiously edged higher as investors awaited a U.S. Federal Reserve meeting beginning later in the session.
At 9.27 am Jakarta time, IDX inched down 0.04% to 5143. Investors mostly opt to sell Adaro Energy, Astra International, Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Bank Mandiri, and Kalbe Farma.
While Bumi Resources gained 1.58%. Investors also collect Bank Negara Indonesia, Bumi Serpong Damai, and Telkom.
President elect Joko “Jokowi” Widodo has announced the likely profile of his cabinet for 2014-2019, relatively similar with SBY’s second term cabinet.
Nymex’s crude oil declined 0.13% to US$92.80 per barrel in Asian trading while gold inched up 0.03% to US$1,238.80 per ounce.
