SINGAPURA (Yosefardi) – State construction firm PT Wijaya Karya Tbk (WIKA) is awarded US$125 million contract in Yangon, Myanmar, to construct Pyay Tower & Residences.
The tower is developed by Noble Twin Dragons Pte Ltd., a joint venture company from Singapore and Myanmar.
WIKA expects to take 3 years to complete the construction of Pyay Tower & Residences.
The company booked new contracts of Rp11.5 trillion by August 2014, representing 44.5% of this year’s target (Rp25.83 trillion).
