PHILADELPHIA (Yosefardi) – Aberdeen Indonesia Fund, Inc., a closed-end equity fund, invested 40.9% of its total portfolio assets in consumers segment in Indonesia as of July 31, 2014.
On July 31, 2014, the Fund’s net assets amounted to US$106.5 million and the Fund’s NAV per share was $11.23.
Aberdeen Indonesia invested 21.8% of net assets in consumer staples and 19.1% in consumer discretionary. It also invested 23.6% of net assets in financials, materials 12.6%, industrials 8.9%, telecommunications 5%, energy 3.2%, utilities 2.4%, health care 2%, and cash 1.3%.
The Fund’s ten largest equity holdings as of July 31, 2014, representing 60.5% of net assets, were Bank OCBC NISP 10.8%, Bank Permata 9.6%, Holcim Indonesia 6.7%, Unilever Indonesia 4.3%, Mandom Indonesia 4%, Vale Indonesia 3.9%, Wintermar Offshore Marine 3.8%, and Multi Bintang Indonesia 3.7%.
