JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Composite index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) opened higher 0.32% to 5194 this morning while regional stocks dip.
The regional index managed to carve out gains on Monday, brushing aside the Ukraine crisis and a downbeat China manufacturing survey, Reuters reported.
Nymex’s crude oil increased 1.36% to US$95.96 per barrel in Asian trading while gold declined 0.14% to US$1,290.40 per ounce.
Bank Negara Indonesia gained 1.4%, BW Plantation jumped 3.86%, London Sumatra rose 1.9%, Bank Tabungan Negara increased 1.36%, Visi Media hiked 1.14% and Berau Coal lifted 1.77%.
