JAKARTA (Yosefardi0 – Property developer PT Perdana Gapuraprima Tbk (GPRA) only booked net profit of Rp20.23 billion in first half of 2014, dropped 72% from Rp71.6 billion in the same period of last year.
Net sales fell 36% to Rp155 billion from previous Rp242 billion. Its assets totaled Rp1.4 trillion while liability amounted Rp593.94 billion.
GPRA plans to issue medium term notes (MTN) worth Rp100 billion this year. It plans to invest Rp1.55 trillion on 4 new projects.
The company also plans to acquire 3 affiliated companies which have hotel assets in Pondok Indah, Slipi, and Bali.
GPRA’s shareholders are MDS Investment Holding Ltd (25.6%), Citra Abadikota Persada (59.1%), and public (the rest).
