JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Foreign investors has reportedly bought shares of PT Trikomsel Oke Tbk (TRIO), at negotiated market, Monday (August 4), at price of Rp1,240 per share, or Rp625 billion in total.
PT Trimegah Securities facilitated the transaction. TRIO had in July 3, 2014 signed sale and purchase agreement (SPA) with Sugiono Wiyono Sugialam for buying 10.59% TRIO shares.
TRIO had also signed a conditional subscription agreement with Tres Maria Capital ltd for 504.356 million TRIO shares.
Currently, TRIO’s shareholders are Stanchart Singapura (13.05%), JPIMB Canopus Finance Limited (25.07%), JP Morgan Bank Luxemburg (38.18%), JPCMB-JPMBLSA (9.39%), Sugiono Wiyono Sugialam (1.21%), and public (12.03%).
