JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Energi Mega Persada Tbk (ENRG), member of Bakrie Group, booked net profit of US$30.45 million in first half of this year, dropped 83% from US$179.59 million in the same period of last year.
Revenues increased 10.4% to US$413.38 million from previous US$374.59 million. But operating costs also rose 17.4% to US$272.93 million from earlier US$232.4 million.
The company booked gain of US$163.68 million from unit divestment in first half of 2013, compared to no gain in first half of this year.
Its assets totaled US$2.32 billion while liability amounted US$1.4 billion. It has cash and cash equivalent of US$167 million.
