JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Composite index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) ended down 0.85% to 5083 Tuesday (July 22), but closed off its low, while vote results of presidential race remain a concern. The index moved at range of 5014-5155 during the day trading.

Prabowo camp has pulled out of the vote recapitulation as this camp claimed the General Election Commission (KPU) as actor of election frauds.

While regional and global markets rebounded on Tuesday helped by the first signs of cooperation from Ukraine’s pro-Russian separatists over the downed Malaysian Airlines plane.

At Jakarta bourse, Bank Tabungan Negara lost 8.19%, Jababeka dropped 4.3%, London Sumatra fell 4.3%, Bank Negara Indonesia shed 3.2%, and Adaro Energy lost 3.1%.

Nymex’s crude oil increased 0.16% to US$103.02 per barrel while gold declined 0.4% to US$1,309.30 per ounce.
