JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Ade Swara, a politician of Golkar Party and Regent of Karawang regency in West Java, has just been caught red-handed by the Corruption Eradication Commission’s (KPK) investigators on early Friday (July 18).

The KPK official, as quoted by Kompas.com, said the regent was arrested at his official house in Karawang.

The KPK official had on Thursday evening caught red-handed five other people related in the case. The KPK, however, has not yet revealed the identity of that five people.

The KPK Deputy Chief Busyro Muqoddas, meanwhile, explained that the KPK alleged Ade Swara for receiving bribe money related to the issuance of a conversion of a piece land in Karawag regency. (haryantos@yosefardi.biz)
