JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Bumi Teknokultura Unggul Tbk (BTEK) plans to acquire 10 companies in Papua within one year ahead.
The company is now conducting a survey on the locations of targeted companies. Last year BTEK acquired PT Bangun Kayu Irian and PT Mitra Pembangunan Global for Rp104.04 billion. It has extended debt payment of Rp115.75 billion to PT Bank Mayapada Internasional to June next year.
As of March this year, BTEK’s assets reached Rp386.86 billion while liability totaled Rp303.66 billion. It recorded revenues of Rp4.71 billion in first quarter of this year.
