JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Indomobil Sukses Makmur Tbk (IMAS) injects Rp545.84 billion fund in its unit PT IMG Sejahtera Langgeng (IMGSL).
This capital injection boosts IMGSL’s authorized capital to Rp1.5 trillion and its paid-up capital to Rp1.17 trillion.
In November 12, 2013, IMAS injected Rp365 billion fund in IMGSL, used to subscribe new shares issued by PT Indomobil Wahana Trada (IWT).
IMGSL holds 36.67% stake in IWT while IMAS controls 63.33%.
