JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – State-owned PT Sarana Multigriya Finansial (SMF) had disbursed mortgage loan of Rp1.25 trillion in first half of this year.
Since 2006, SMF’s accumulated mortgage loan disbursement total Rp13.27 trillion. SMF booked net profit of Rp87.69 billion in first half of this year, grew by 19.81% from Rp73.19 billion in the same period of last year.
SMF will issue debt instrument or bonds worth Rp1 trillion in second half of this year, after issuing bonds of Rp862 billion last year.
SMF focuses on developing a secondary mortgage market in Indonesia. It was established by the government of Indonesia in 2005 and is regulated and supervised by the Ministry of Finance.
