JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Iron and steel producer PT Betonjaya Manunggal Tbk (BTON) plans to add one production machine facility, to boost its production capacity to 45,000 tons per year from current 30,000 tons.
The new production facility is expected to commence operation in second half of this year with production capacity of 15,000 tons per year.
In first 4 months this year, BTON sold 4,313 tons of concrete iron, declined 12.7% from 4,943 tons in the same period of last year.
Meanwhile, steel producer PT Gunawan Dianjaya Steel Tbk (GDST) to seek export credit facility of Rp180 billion for funding its production line, to boost its capacity.
