SINGAPORE (Yosefardi) – Linktone Ltd., a provider of media and entertainment content and services in key strategic markets in Asia, changed the name to MNC Media Investment Ltd, effective immediately.
The change of name will better reflect the new business direction of the company, which will be focused on investments in media and media-related companies.
The change of company name was approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on June 23, 2014 in Singapore.
Linktone Ltd. is a provider of rich and engaging services and content to a wide range of traditional and new media consumers and enterprises in mainland China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Singapore.
