JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Hanson International Tbk (MYRX), through its subsidiary PT Mandiri Mega Jaya, has sold/transferred shares of its units to PT Pacific Millenium Land. The transaction was made in March 7, 2014 and April 28, 2014.
That shares of subsidiaries transferred to Pacific Millenium Land are PT Bandawibawa Asih (at nominal value of Rp554.4 billion), PT Bramind Mitra Utama (Rp123.75 billion), PT Citraindo Nusamaju (Rp49.5 billion), PT Graha Interjaya Agung (Rp118.8 billion), PT Chandra Tribina (Rp237.6 billion), and PT Putra Marga Tapa (Rp198 billion).
MYRX, in partner with Tan Kian, owner of JW Marriot hotel network, and a Singapore-based company, has set up new property entity, PT Pacific Millennium, with investment cost of Rp3 trillion.
This new entity now holds 2,100 hectares of land concession in Serpong, Tangerang. MYRX plans to acquire other property entity as Pacific Millennium would have 6 subsidiaries engaging on property business.
