JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Cement producer PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk (INTP) plans to divest 51% shares of its unit PT Gunung Tua Mandiri, a coal miner, to PT Meganta Indah Sentosa.
Both parties had signed sales and purchase agreement on Thursday (June 12). The divestment values for Rp51 billion. Meganta now holds 49% shares of Gunung Tua Mandiri.
Meanwhile, cement producer PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk (SMCB) is seeking new loan for refinancing the existing loan scheduled to mature this year amounting Rp1.3 trillion.
