JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – State pharmaceutical company PT Phapros, subsidiary of PT Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia (RNI), targets to raise Rp300-500 billion through the initial public offering (IPO) scheduled for next year.
The company will offer 10-20% shares to public. Before IPO, the company will boost its assets to Rp1 trillion to Rp1.5 trillion from current Rp643 billion.
Phapros plans to acquire pharmaceutical company, build hospital, and boost its production capacity. It targets to book net profit of Rp63.5 billion this year and sales of Rp620.63 billion.
