JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Property developer PT Summarecon Agung Tbk (SMRA) booked marketing sales of Rp2 trillion in January-April 2014 period.

The Spring Lake Apartment in Bekasi contributed marketing sales of Rp1 trillion and 2 clusters in Summarecon Serpong contributed Rp1 trillion marketing sales.

SMRA plans to launch one cluster in The Spring Summarecon Serpong in the second quarter of this year.

The company is also now seeking to acquire 200 hectares land outside of Java island which costs around Rp1 trillion.

SMRA plans to issue bond worth Rp1.4 trillion after the presidential election.

The company booked net profit of Rp273.89 billion in first quarter of this year, declined 14.4% from Rp319.38 billion in the same period of last year.

Revenue grew by 10.3% to Rp938 billion from previous Rp850.89 billion.

Its assets totaled Rp13.56 trillion while liability amounted Rp8.63 trillion. SMRA has cash and cash equivalent of Rp2.09 trillion.
