JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk (ADMF) will get sydicated loan of US$300 million, compared to initial plan of US$200 million, Bloomberg reported. The loan will have tenor of 3 years and the syndication consists of 11 banks.
ADMF earlier said it plans to issue bonds worth Rp2 trillion in the near future. The company targets to book financing of Rp38 trillion during this year.
PT Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk (SSIA) is seeking bank loan of US$100 million, equivalent Rp1.1 trillion, a combined dollar and rupiah denomination, to fund the office building project which costs US$150 million, equivalent Rp1.6 trillion.
The company allocates capital expenditure (capex) of Rp1.4 trillion for this year.
