JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Astra Graphia Tbk (ASGR) targets to book revenue of minimum Rp2.49 trillion this year, a 10% growth compared to Rp2.26 trillion last year.
The document solution business is expected to double its revenue this year. This segment contributed 70% revenue last year.
ASGR mulls to acquire PT Indonesia Printer, the largest printing company in Indonesia. The company has also set up its subsidiary, PT Astragraphia Xprins Indonesia, engaged in trade, printing, courier and any services.
ASGR will pay dividend of Rp83.6 billion for 2013 fiscal year, representing 40% of its profit (Rp209 billion).
