JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – State-owned Inna Hotel Group targets to operate 40 hotels by 2018 and to book revenue of Rp554 billion this year.

By end of this year, the group targets to have and operate 14 hotels with total rooms of 2567 units, focusing on budget hotels which offers faster return on investment.

Intan Abdams Katoppo, president director of Inna Hotel Group, said the group also projects the occupancy rate to reach 67.3% from current 60%.

She said Inna Hotel mulls to launch the initial public offering by 2017. The group had invested Rp1 trillion in past 4 years.
