JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Prudential Life Assurance (Prudential Indonesia) booked net profit of Rp2.13 trillion in 2013, declined 13% from Rp2.45 trillion in 2012.
Premium income rose 15.4% to Rp20.2 trillion from previous Rp17.49 trillion. Total expenses was Rp16.59 trillion, of which payment of claims and benefits accounted for Rp9.98 trillion.
Its assets totaled Rp41.6 trillion while liability amounted Rp36.7 trillion. It has cash and cash equivalent of Rp3.63 trillion.
