JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Bank BNI Syariah booked net profit of Rp54.42 billion in first half of 2013, compared to Rp21.04 billion in the same period of 2012.
Operating income increasedn 26% to Rp710.23 billion from previous Rp565.33 billion. Its assets totaled Rp13 trillion, jumped 47% from earlier Rp8.86 trillion.
The bank’s capital adequacy ratio (CAR) stood at 19.12% while non performing loan (NPL) net was 1.54%.
