JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – The Anti-Money Laundering Agency PPATK urges the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) to name some young female celebrities as suspects and charge them with the Anti-Money Laundering Law for receiving cars from Tubagus Chaeri Wardana aka Wawan, a suspect of money laundering case.
PPATK Deputy Chief Agus Santoso views that the young female celebrities must be named as suspects for their passive role in Wawan’s money laundering scheme.
As reported earlier, KPK had questioned three young female celebrities for receiving cars from Wawan. They are Catherine Wilson, Rebecca Reijman, and Jennifer Dunn.
KPK had also seized Toyota Vellfire car from Jennifer and Nissan Elgrand car from Catherine.
The investigation into Catherine, Rebecca, and Jennifer started after KPK alleged that Wawan’s illicit money was also flown to some young female celebrities besides flown to lawmakers.(haryantos@yosefardi.biz)
