JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Parent company of ANTV, PT Inter Media Capital (IMC), has set its IPO price at Rp1,380 per share, to raise proceeds of Rp541 billion.
The company will offer 392.1 million shares, representing 10% of its total issued and paid-up shares capital, through the initial public offering (IPO) scheme.
Inter Media, unit of PT Visi Media Asia Tbk (VIVA), will use its IPO proceeds to pay its debts.
Media earlier reported PT Media Nusantara Citra Tbk (MNCN) has ended discussions with VIVA Group on the acquisition of ANTV.
