JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Jaya Agra Wattie Tbk (JAWA) plans to seek loan of Rp300 billion from
local banks as the company opts to cancel bond issue this year. The loan will be used to fund the expansion of plantation area.
The company intends to acquire 10,000-20,000 hectares land area in East Kalimantan and Central
Kalimantan.
It also plans to build CPO mill with capacity of 40 tons per hour. The mill construction will cost Rp140 billion.
JAWA allocates capital expenditure (capex) of Rp500 billion for this year. The company targets to book revenue of Rp725.29 billion this year.
