JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk (ADMF), subsidiary of PT Bank Danamon Tbk (BDMN), is now seeking loan of US$200 million, equivalent Rp2.4 trillion, used to support its financing business.
The company had appointed Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi UFJ Ltd, BNP Paribas, Citi, and Deutsche Bank as mandated lead arrangers and bookrunners.
Adira targets to book financing of Rp36-37 trillion this year, a 9.5% rise compared to Rp33.8 trillion last year. Adira also plans to issue bonds worth Rp4 trillion this year.
Adira booked net profit of Rp1.24 trillion in first nine months of 2013, higher than Rp1.11 trillion in the same period of 2012. Income rose 21% to Rp5.93 trillion from previous Rp4.89 trillion. Its assets totaled Rp29.24 trillion while liability amounted Rp23.67 trillion.
