JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Property developer PT Pakuwon Jati Tbk (PWON) targets its revenue to grow by 19.35% to Rp3.7 trillion this year, compared to Rp3.1 trillion last year, Bisnis Indonesia reported this morning.

The growth target is slower compared to 2 years ago which grew by more than 40%. The company also expects to book net profit of Rp1.1 trillion in 2013.

PWON targets to book marketing sales of Rp3 trillion, equal to 2013’s achievement. The company opts to wait and see amid uncertainty of economic outlook this year as many negative sentiments persist.
