JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Pertamina Gas (Pertagas) allocates US$930 million fund for fundings its gas infrastructure projects in the country, Bisnis Indonesia reported this morning.

Pertagas will build gas pipe connecting Arun Belawan with Sei Mangkei special economic zone, Muaratawar-Muarakarang-Tegalgede, Porong-Grati, Gresik-Semarang, and pipe gas distribution to consumers.

The contruction of gas pipeline will take 18 months. Pertagas also consider to invite PT Sumber Petrindo Perkasa, operator of Cepu-Semarang gas pipeline, for building Gresik-Semarang gas pipeline with length of 271 kilometers and costs US$500 million.
