JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Property developer PT Ciputra Residence plans to issue bonds worth Rp500 billion next month, to fund its property projects.
The bond will be issued in 3 series with tenor of 3, 5, and 7 years.The book building starts today and will last on March 10, 2014. The offering is scheduled for March 24-25, 2014.
Acting as underwriters are PT CIMB Securities Indonesia and PT Mandiri Sekuritas. As of September of 2013, the company’s liability totaled Rp1.89 trillion. While assets reached Rp3.53 trillion.
The company booked net profit of Rp191.9 billion in first nine months of 2013 on revenue of Rp672.46 billion.
