JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Property developer PT Intiland Development Tbk (DILD) also targets to book marketing sales of Rp2.8 trillion this year, a 10% rise compared to Rp2.53 trillion last year, contributed by development income of Rp2.37 trillion and recurring income of Rp157.87 billion.
Mixed-use and high rise products contributed income of Rp1.63 trillion, or 63.4% of total income in 2013.
The company earlier said it targets to book revenue of Rp1.87 trillion this year, grew by 20% from Rp1.56 trillion estimated for last year.
While net profit is also expected to grow by 20% to Rp262.08 billion, compared to Rp218.4 billion projected for 2013.
