JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Indonesia’ export value reached US$16.98 billion in December 2013, grew by 6.56% from November 2013. Compared to December 2012, the figure rose 10.33%.
Non oil and gas export increased 3.09% to US$13.58 billion, increased 9.27% compared to December 2012.
For January-December period, the country’s total export reached US$182.57 billion, a 3.92% decline compared to January-December 2012 period. Non oil gas export also fell 2.03% to US$149.93 billion.
While Indonesia’s import value reached US$15.46 billion in December 2013, up 2.04% from previous month. Compared to December 2012, the figure declined 0.79%.
For January-December 2013 period, the country’s import value reached US$186.63 billion, declined 2.64% from the same period of 2012. Import of non oil and gas accounted for US$141.36 billion, a 5.2% decline.
