JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Property developer PT MNC Land Tbk (KPIG) targets its revenue to grow by 54% to Rp895 billion this year, growing by 54% compared to Rp581 billion in 2013.
The company said the recurring income will conttribute revenue of Rp795 billion, while the rest will be contributed by strata-title projects in Surabaya, East Java.
The company allocates Rp3 trillion for developing tourism area in Lido, West Java, to start work on project in the second quarter of this year.
It will also develop theme park in Mandalika area, Central Lombok, consisting of hotel, resort, golf field and residential at beach area.
Shareholder of KPIG had also approved the company’s proposal to raise Rp2.2 trillion funds through issuing 1.46 billion new shares, through pre-emptive rights scheme.
