JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Composite index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) gained 1.73% this early morning trade,led by blue chip stocks. Regional markets were also in red zone.
Nymex’s crude oil rose 1.34% to US$92.72 per barrel in Asian trading and gold increased 1.56% to US$1,247.50 per ounce.
Banking stocks led gain, as Bank Rakyat Indonesia rose 4.28%, Bank Negara Indonesia increased 4.45%, and Bank Mandiri hiked 3.94%. Among property stocks, Alam Sutera gained 3.28%, Bumi Serpong Damai lifted 3.65%, and Lippo Karawaci increased 1.12%.
Other gainers were Telkom (+3.26%), Kalbe Farma (+4.74%), Bumi Resources (3.5%), Adaro Energy (+1.06%), Aneka Tambang (+2.04%), and Astra International (+2.22%). Also gaining were Adhi Karya (+3.86%), Wijaya Karya (+1.97%), Pakuwon Jati (+2.56%), and Bumi Resources Minerals (7.98%).
